Ongoing since July 2020, Delightful Products is a monthly newsletter, exploring the traits that underpin remarkable product experiences.

Q: Is fashion predictable?

A: Yes, if you’re looking in the right places.

“Bright Young Things” was a 2019 project to predict Spring 2020 fashion. Now that we’ve passed that time, take a look and see if I was right.

“As Told By the Numbers” was a 2-year analysis of the best and worst deals of San Francisco Restaurant Week. A tribute to my love of food and numbers.
